J. Cole Invites Basketball Phenom Hansel Enmanuel to The Dreamer Fold while Teasing Sneaker Collab

Cole loves an inspiring tale, especially one related to basketball or hip-hop. In addition to his mesmerizing play, Hansel Enmanuel's hoop mixtape has continuously gone viral through social media because of both his mesmerizing play and his ability to dominate despite a disability.

A childhood accident nearly took away all of his arm, but he was still able to excel at Life Christian Academy in Kissimmee, Florida. Enmanuel's story caught J. Cole's eye, and he tapped him to star in his latest Dreamer ad, "The Audacity II."

Scott Lazer directs the video with Dreamville's boss narrating as the 18-year-old conducts a dribbling drill in the practice gym.

“I got to keep it 100 with you,” Cole can be heard saying. “They don’t think you can do it. They look at you and all they see is a man standing in front of a mountain that’s too big to scare. But I believe in you. Shit you made me a believer cause I see how much you believe in yourself. Why else would you work this hard? Shit, I ain’t gonna lie, they surprised you made it this far."

“Now, quietly in the back of their minds, there’s a tiny thought that wonders how far you can actually go with this. And I know something they don’t know. That the answer to that question, my boy, is up to you.”

Even at 37 years old, J. Cole is still dreaming about the hoops. He practices with NBA teams and played for Rwanda in the Basketball Africa League last year.

Dreamer's official Instagram account teases a collaboration with Mitchell & Ness, although it's still unclear what products the brand will release.
