"Publicity Stunt" by Gucci Mane overtakes NBA YoungBoy's "I Hate YoungBoy" for #1 Trending Spot

NBA YoungBoy has had a very active beginning to the year. In addition to his solo mixtape 'Colors' from late January, YB also released a collaborative album with DaBaby on March 4 titled Better Than You. DaBaby and fellow frequent collaborator Quando Rondo have been supportive of YB, but he has recently acquired a fair amount of enemies.

YoungBoy, who has been beefing with Lil Durk and the late King Von, picked up a few enemies on Feb. 22, when he dropped his YouTube single "I Hate YoungBoy" that takes subliminal shots at 21 Savage, India, Boosie Badazz and more.

Gucci Mane was one among those who had to deal with these disses, which he did not take lightly. YB rapped, "Used to f*ck with Gucci until I saw he like them p*ssy n***as," and Gucci responded shortly thereafter.

On March 4, Gucci dropped his new single and music video for "Publicity Stunt," where he addresses YB's raps and fires back. With bars like, "Why you diss me for publicity n*gga?/ Is you in the streets or a industry n*gga? / Is you my fan or my enemy, n*gga?," Gucci was unrelenting.

I Hate YoungBoy trended #1 in the music section of YouTube immediately after it was released. As of recently, Gucci Mane's "Publicity Stunt" has surpassed YoungBoy's diss track as the most trending video.
